Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks a Project Engineer to oversee project controls and management across multiple disciplines. You will interface with clients, engineering/design, subcontractors, and project management to monitor status and drive results.

The role requires up to 90% travel across the U.S., with 8–18 months per project, per diem, mobilization support, and a company vehicle or allowance. Bachelor's in engineering/related field and 5+ years’ field experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related.
• Ability to travel up to 90% and relocate for projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage field office staff and project personnel.
• Prepare and analyze project reports, schedules, and costs.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Maintain field safety and quality documentation.
