Job summary

Appleton Finn is seeking a travelling Project Manager and Senior Project Manager for an upcoming Data Center project in Central Texas. The role requires leading PM teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.

Travel includes 3 weeks on-site with 1 week off; per diem and housing are provided. Base salary up to $200K plus a 20%+ annual bonus, 5% 401(k) matching, and family health coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in large-scale construction or project management.
• Experience leading teams; prior supervision is required.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and leadership to project managers and field teams.
• Define project goals, deliverables, and execution plans.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the life cycle.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to support progress.
• Manage construction activities to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Represent the company in project meetings and strategic discussions.
• Oversee financials including contracts, invoicing, and cost controls.
• Supervise project managers, offering guidance and performance oversight.
