Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation, Dallas-based, is partnering with a national design-build firm to hire a Senior Project Manager for advanced technology, data center, and aerospace/aviation projects. This is a traveling role, with DFW-based eligibility and company-covered housing/flights for assignments.

You will own full project delivery, lead the lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, and mentor engineers and PMs while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of general contractor project management experience, ideally GC-at-risk delivery.
• Experience in advanced technology, data center, aerospace, or similar mission-critical construction preferred.
• Proven ability to run projects independently with minimal on-site support.
• Strong track record managing budget, schedule, and subcontractor performance on large-scale projects.
• Able to step in and run at full speed within about a month of starting.

Responsibilities

• Own full project delivery on GC-at-risk advanced technology, data center, or aerospace/aviation projects — budget, schedule, risk, subcontractors.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ready to run independently within roughly the first month.
• Travel to project sites on a rotational basis as needed, with company-covered housing and flights for travel assignments.
• Mentor and develop project managers and engineers on the team.
• Serve as primary point of contact with the owner and represent the firm at project leadership meetings.
