Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead large data center construction projects in the Dallas area. You will drive on-site delivery, coordinate multiple trades, and manage schedule and budget while positioning the firm to win upcoming data center work.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in construction with hands-on data center project experience and a proven lead PM/Superintendent track record.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in progressive construction with strong tenure
• Recent hands-on data center project experience with major clients
• GC background preferred; MEP subcontractor background considered
• Experience as the lead PM/Superintendent, not a junior role
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel across projects and regions
• Up to 20% annual bonus

A multi-billion-dollar international construction company - with over a century of history and nearly three decades of established operations in the US - is expanding its data center presence in the Dallas market and looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to help win and deliver some of the region's most significant upcoming pursuits.

This is a genuine opportunity to get in early on a growing market, working on projects for major, recognized data center clients rather than niche or lower-tier operators. You'll bring proven, hands-on leadership to complex data center builds, working alongside a team that's serious about strengthening its DFW capability ahead of a strong pipeline of upcoming pursuits. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data center construction projects in a PM or Senior PM capacity
