Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Columbus, OH is looking for a Senior Store Opening Coordinator to drive the development and launch of new stores. You will lead the Store Opening Coordinators and staff, aligning projects with the company’s mission and vision to ensure successful openings.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with travel to new stores including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend and accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
• Ability to complete assignments within the time allotted.

Responsibilities

• Manages ongoing operations and development of the new store program within the company’s mission and vision.
• Revise store layout based on changing requirements of supplies and corporate initiatives.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to keep projects on schedule.
• Develop and execute plans for coaching, training and development of store opening coordinators.
• Evaluate and improve techniques for inventory control, shipping/receiving, and labor efficiency.
• Additional responsibilities as business needs arise.
