The Weitz Company is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Superintendent for data center projects, located on-site in Boling, TX. You will lead subcontractors and field forces, maintain safety, and drive schedules while controlling budgets and quality.

You will coordinate with owners, designers, and engineers, oversee all construction activities, and mentor site staff to deliver projects safely and on time. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills across stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of project superintendent experience required.
• Commercial construction experience with a GC is required.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Data center construction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read/interpret construction documents.
• Excellent project organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the safety policy.
• Develop and update the project schedule, resource allocation, and work processes.
• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules.
• Oversee daily construction activities ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manage performance, ensure safety and contract compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, address quality issues, ensure work meets specs.
• Update project schedules using scheduling software.
• Assist with buyout and selection of major subcontractors.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution: schedules, budgets, quality control.
• Supervise all field personnel and subcontractors.
• Enforce strict safety protocols for all personnel.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors’ field forces.
• Communicate with owners, designers, engineers, and project team.
• Maintain accurate cost reports and timely paperwork.
