Job summary

The Weitz Company seeks a Traveling Senior Project Superintendent for data center projects, based on Boling, TX, with our Mission Critical team. You will lead field operations, manage safety culture, and work with the Project Manager to control schedule, budget, and staffing on complex projects.

You’ll develop client and subcontractor relationships, oversee schedules, costs, and quality, and ensure effective communication with owners, designers, and engineers while traveling between sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience is required.
• GC experience on commercial construction is required.
• Experience mentoring a team and leading projects.
• Data Center construction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and field teams on site.
• Maintain project safety per policy.
• Develop and update project schedules and resource plans.
• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules.
• Oversee daily construction activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and address quality issues.
