Job summary

The Project Superintendent role at The Weitz Company leads on-site field teams on data center projects and collaborates with the Project Manager to maintain schedules and budgets. You will coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety, and manage documentation while guiding team development.

This position requires a 6-day workweek Monday–Saturday with strong leadership, reading construction documents, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience.
• Data center project experience preferred.
• Electrical background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and field forces on site.
• Maintain project safety per policy.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to manage schedule and budget.
• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules.
• Update project schedules using scheduling software.
• Coordinate subcontractors' field work and deliveries.
• Communicate with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure timely, accurate paperwork and documentation.
• Support team development and performance.
