Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, data center projects across the United States. This senior field role owns planning, sequencing, safety, quality, and commissioning on site and across multiple sites as needed.

You will manage cross-functional teams, craft labor, and trade partners in fast-paced environments, with a focus on ownership, accountability, and collaboration to drive high-impact outcomes in hyperscale construction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, ideally in data centers.
• Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams.
• Deep knowledge of building systems including structural, HVAC, electrical and coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, large-scale data center projects from planning to commissioning.
• Own jobsite performance, safety, quality, sequencing, and logistics.
• Collaborate with project teams, craft labor, and trade partners to drive results.
• Mentor and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
