Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, school-year role supporting students across approx. three locations. This itinerant position provides essential OT services in an educational setting under district supervision.

You will deliver direct interventions aligned with IEPs, collaborate with teachers, families, and staff, and maintain accurate documentation while traveling between sites as part of daily routine.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in Arizona (required).
• IVP Fingerprint Card or eligible to obtain before start date.
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in school settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel between multiple sites as part of daily routine.
• Passion for helping students achieve functional and academic goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions and support in accordance with students' IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Take part in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
