Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager Specialist to support multiple markets on a 100% travel assignment. This role will serve as the Sales Manager in vacancies, training Sales Counselors, coaching staff, and driving CRM utilization across locations.

You will collaborate with General Managers, lead staffing, plan events, and ensure revenue budgets are met while upholding compassionate service and ethics. This position requires strong leadership and field-based execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a sales management role.
• 100% travel to assigned markets.
• Experience in multi-site management.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee attainment of revenue budgets by directing location-level production and goal setting.
• Coach Sales Counselors and manage CRM usage to achieve key sales metrics.
• Hire, train, and evaluate Sales Counselors across markets.
• Schedule staff to ensure location coverage and prospecting needs.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and salary reviews in assigned markets.
