Job summary

Fessler & Bowman, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Professional 2 for ongoing travel across sites. The role focuses on implementing site safety programs, coaching field teams, and maintaining compliance with safety plans and the company safety manual.

This entry-level position offers guidance from the Safety Manager and opportunities to advance with experience. Qualifications include OSHA 510/OSHA 30 recommendations, 2+ years in safety, bilingual English/Spanish, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 recommended for construction safety.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• 2+ years minimum safety experience (construction safety preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CPR and first aid certified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct safety training activities and schedules.
• Monitor and audit safety training programs.
• Develop, publish and administer training modules and assessments.
• Monitor safety programs and site inspections for compliance.
• Collect, analyze and report safety performance metrics and improvements.
