Job summary

Fessler & Bowman, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Project Safety Professional 2 to support site safety programs, deliver training, and enforce safety standards across jobsites. This entry-level role reports to the Safety Manager and collaborates with Project Managers while traveling between sites.

Candidates should have OSHA 510, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid certifications, and 2+ years of safety experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; benefits include medical, 401k, paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 and OSHA 30 certifications are required.
• 2+ years minimum safety experience preferred.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct safety training activities and training schedules for implementation.
• Monitor and report on all safety training programs and schedules.
• Develop, publish and administer training modules, assessments, and course schedules.
• Monitor and audit training programs.
• Develop and manage reports on completed training throughout.
• Communicate and uphold the company’s commitment to Integrity and Code of Ethics.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned.
