Job summary

Fessler & Bowman is hiring a Project Safety Professional 2 to help maintain a safe construction site across multiple project locations. You will implement safety programs, perform JHAs, and mentor field teams while coordinating with the Safety Manager and Project Manager.

Travel between job sites is required. The role requires OSHA 510 and OSHA 30 certifications, a minimum of two years of safety experience in construction, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of safety experience in construction preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and federal/state requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the site safety program and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct job hazard analyses (JHAs) and safety inspections.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training and track completion.
• Engage supervisors to ensure compliance with safety policies on-site.
• Maintain visible safety presence and mentor field teams.
• Collect and report safety metrics to drive improvements.
