Job summary

Fessler & Bowman is seeking a Project Safety Professional 2 for a traveling role, with the first project running 6 months to 1 year. The position requires safety experience in construction and offers guidance from Safety/Project Managers.

Travel between sites and regional offices is expected, with compensation when applicable. Key qualifications include OSHA 510/OSHA 30, 2+ years of safety experience, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 - OSHA Standards for the Construction Industry recommended.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• 2+ years minimum of Safety experience preferred.
• Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Possess sound knowledge of construction safety and federal/state safety requirements.
• CPR and first aid certified.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the site-wide safety program and provide technical guidance.
• Perform job hazard analyses (JHAs) and instruct safety courses.
• Conduct safety inspections and training activities.
• Coordinate with line supervisors to ensure policy compliance on-site operations.
• Monitor and report safety performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Develop, publish and administer training modules and schedules.
