Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee site safety on active construction projects in Indiana. You will conduct inspections, enforce OSHA CFR 1926 standards, and mentor junior safety staff to maintain a culture of safety.

The role requires CHST and ASP certifications, 5+ years in construction safety, and a bachelor's degree in safety/ EH&S. You will collaborate with the Division Safety Manager on safety initiatives and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety management experience.
• MEP or mechanical construction experience.
• Experience supporting commercial construction or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 standards.
• Experience conducting site safety inspections and enforcing compliance.
• Experience managing accident investigations, corrective actions, and safety documentation.
• CHST certification.
• ASP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour certifications.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior safety professionals.
