MPI is seeking Traveling Superintendents to support a diverse retail and commercial construction portfolio across the Southeast. The role offers direct visibility with leadership, hands-on field responsibility, and growth with a rapidly expanding contractor.

Candidates should have 5+ years of ground-up commercial superintendent experience, strong scheduling and field coordination, and a willingness to travel throughout the Southeast (with occasional projects in Texas). Georgia-resident preferred.

Description

• Manage day-to-day field operations on retail and commercial construction projects.
• Lead project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners throughout construction.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize project delays.
• Oversee project closeout activities and turnover to ownership.

Profile

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Retail project experience preferred.
• Experience within mixed-use, vertical concrete, hospitality, or broad commercial construction will also be considered.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and field coordination experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region with occasional projects in Texas.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
• Candidates should currently reside within Georgia.

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $120,000 depending on experience.
