Job summary

Qualifications

• One year as site lead or equivalent experience.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel between stores in assigned area.
• Ability to read and write either Spanish or English.
• Experience with floor care equipment and methods (sweeping, mopping, waxing, stripping).
• Ability to work night shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform stripping, waxing, buffing of floors and carpet cleaning.
• Move between stores to cover vacancies and support onsite staff.
• Train cleaners on proper cleaning methods, equipment use, and safety practices.
• Ensure safety equipment and PPE are used; report equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, offices, and common areas; support deli/bakery zones and other store areas.
