Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Project Specialist to manage floor care across multiple stores in the North Minnesota region. You will lead cleaning teams, supervise tasks, and ensure high standards of floor maintenance and safety while traveling between locations.

The role requires at least one year of site lead experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate in English or Spanish. Weekly pay and travel reimbursement are provided. Overnight travel and varied schedules may apply.

Qualifications

• One year as site lead or equivalent experience from another company.
• Reliable transportation to travel between stores in assigned area.
• Ability to read and write either Spanish or English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to train cleaners in techniques and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, buffing and deep cleaning.
• Travel to multiple store locations within North & Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro region.
• Train onsite staff on cleaning methods and safety procedures.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and ensure adherence to schedules.
