Job summary

Sizemore Group is seeking a Project Specialist to maintain floors and carpets across our North and Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro area stores. You will travel to multiple store locations, perform advanced floor care, and support onsite staff while upholding Sizemore's values of reliability and safety.

The role requires overnight shifts, travel across the region, and the ability to manage time effectively. Weekly pay is provided, with mileage reimbursement and paid drive time according to policy.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to multiple retail store locations within the region.
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor maintenance tasks across stores (stripping, waxing, buffing, deep cleaning).
• Travel between locations to cover shifts and support onsite staff as needed.
• Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety practices, and use of equipment.
