Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Project Specialist to manage floor maintenance for multiple retail locations across Ohio. You will perform stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction, while training on cleaning techniques to improve quality and efficiency in a team-oriented environment.

The role requires travel to stores throughout Ohio, reliable transportation, and night/early-morning shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• One year as site lead or equivalent experience in cleaning/maintenance.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel between stores in assigned area.
• Ability to read and write either Spanish or English; bilinguals preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and deep cleaning of restrooms and grout.
• Carpet extraction and detailed cleaning across store locations.
• Train onsite staff on cleaning techniques and safety practices.
• Coordinate with store personnel and customers in a respectful manner.
• Report equipment problems or shortages to supervisor promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and attendance/punctuality rules.
• Travel to multiple retail locations across Ohio; schedule varies by project.
