Job summary

Renovo Construction is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction, oversee subcontractors, and ensure safety and timely delivery of retail projects. You will coordinate with clients and property teams to maintain critical path schedules and implement project documents across teams.

The ideal candidate has ground-up experience, 5+ years in commercial construction supervision, and strong knowledge of trades.

Qualifications

• Ground-up construction experience is required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.
• Experience estimating for retail real estate/shopping centers.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.
• Experience scheduling work, materials, manpower, subcontractors and equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction with subcontractors, vendors and laborers.
• Plan and maintain site safety and organization per OSHA requirements.
• Manage project documents with subcontractors.
• Create and update the 2-week look-ahead every week.
• Collaborate with client and property team to maintain the critical path schedule.
