Hodge Western Corp. in the United States seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee renewable energy project sites, notably utility-scale solar. The role requires coordinating site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining clear communication among clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will lead on-site teams, manage budgets and schedules, enforce safety protocols, and generate accurate field reports while traveling to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on renewable energy or heavy civil projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred; PMP/OSHA certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to meet project specs and schedule.
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.
• Monitor quality, track quantities, and manage field reporting.
• Inspect equipment and report needed repairs to management.
