Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities across underserved communities. You will provide bedside care, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs in collaboration with the care team.

The role emphasizes patient education, triage, and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality outcomes while supporting health maintenance and recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practice state; multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience with six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.

• Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care.
• Providing care across all phases, from preventive services to treatment and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
