Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities aimed at serving underserved communities.

You will apply the nursing process to deliver personalized patient care and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate outcomes. The role requires an accredited nursing degree with a valid RN license and at least 1 year of nursing experience, including 6 months in travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Providing care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and maintaining competencies and certifications.
