Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead crews in cooling tower construction and repair projects across field locations. You will supervise, plan, and coordinate tasks to meet safety and quality standards, reporting to the Superintendent.

The role requires extensive travel and hands-on leadership, with a focus on efficiency, alignment with project timelines, and adherence to OBR safety policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field cooling tower construction experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Foreman in cooling tower construction.
• Knowledge of safety standards through OSHA training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews erecting and repairing cooling towers, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning, and cost control under the Superintendent.
• Read blueprints and plans to determine materials and dimensions; manage field subcontractors when needed.
• Conduct daily/weekly safety meetings and document incidents.
