OBR Management is seeking a Foreman for the Southeast Region to lead crews across cooling tower construction and repair projects from Montgomery, AL. Extensive travel is required to project sites, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

You will supervise crews, read blueprints, coordinate with the Superintendent, and manage field subcontractors while adhering to OSHA safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in field cooling tower construction and operations.
• At least one year as a Foreman in cooling tower projects.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and supervision to crews, coordinating with the Superintendent.
• Schedule, plan, and control costs for cooling tower construction and repair projects.
• Oversee safety compliance and training at the worksite.
• Read blueprints and site plans to determine materials and dimensions.
• Lead safety meetings and document incidents as required.
• Coordinate field subcontractors and manage travel logistics for active projects.
