Regional Health Care Affiliates, Inc. in Earlington, KY is seeking a Receptionist/Patient Relations Float for a full-time role.

You will be the first point of contact, greet patients, verify information, collect payments, and ensure a smooth check-in/out process while traveling to nearby clinics as needed. This position offers a Monday - Friday day shift, mileage reimbursement for travel outside your base location, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) plan with employer contributions.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Excellent guest service, communication and multi-tasking skills required.
• Must be able to perform under pressure and emergency conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and courteously at each visit and assist with registration.
• Verify and update patient information using the EMR/Kiosk system.
• Balance cash drawer and tally copays for daily encounter reports.
• Run end-of-day reports on check scanners and credit card machines.
