Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Ashland, KY, with travel to Paintsville, KY. You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent patient care and handling check-in/out processes.

Full-time position with benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k with match, PTO and holidays, and maternity leave. Shifts Monday–Friday with some early/late hours to support patient flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related experience or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during patient encounters.
• Answer phones and assure prompt, courteous service.
• Manage patient flow in the office and support check-in/check-out.
• Handle daily reconciliations and close day, counting cash drawer.
• Perform general office duties as assigned by management.
