Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year front desk/clerical experience in a medical office.
• Experience with EMR systems (ECW) and medical terminology a plus.

• Verify patient demographics and scan into EMR.
• Answer phones and direct calls.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments.
