You will work with superintendents, project managers, vendors, and drivers to ensure materials are documented, protected, and available when needed to keep projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes organizing and reporting on inventory, supporting safety standards, and ensuring smooth material flow across active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics or project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, email, and online systems for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inventory all project materials and fixtures.
• Inspect deliveries for shortages or damages and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs and material trackers on site.
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors and the Superintendent.
• Update material tracking systems and support reporting duties.
