Job summary

Singleton Construction, LLC is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to manage on-site inventory and material deliveries across multiple active projects. You’ll work with superintendents, project managers, vendors, and drivers to ensure materials are accounted for, organized, and available when needed.

In this role you’ll document shipments, inspect deliveries for accuracy, and maintain precise inventory logs while supporting administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or project coordination.
• Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inventory project materials and fixtures.
• Inspect deliveries for shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Document and report damaged or missing materials.
• Organize and protect materials stored on-site.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs and material trackers.
• Coordinate deliveries with vendors and site Superintendent.
• Track material usage and inventory levels throughout the project.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and admin tasks.
• Communicate shortages, delays, and delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, secure storage areas.
