Job summary

LINX is seeking a meticulous Low Voltage QA/QC Specialist to ensure top quality in fiber optic and copper cabling for hyperscale data centers. You will oversee installations, verify compliance with standards, and guide crews to deliver reliable, high-performance structured cabling.

You will travel to job sites nationwide, review project scopes, and ensure safety and quality across stages from installation to testing. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network cabling (fiber & copper).
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI).
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with cable testing tools; project management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC inspections of network cabling projects for standards, safety and customer requirements.
• Perform site inspections and verify materials, equipment and labor.
• Supervise cabling crews to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers to address deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct pre- and post-installation quality checks and document findings.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists; maintain records.
