Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Five years of relevant property management experience.
• CPM / COS / C3P and LIHTC certifications preferred.
• Familiar with budgeting, housing regulations and LIHTC program.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Cover property management duties during transitions and vacancies.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial performance for assigned properties.
• Maintain compliance with housing regulations and program rules.
• Lead property teams and coordinate with regional leadership.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident services as needed.
