Flaherty & Collins Properties is hiring a Floating Property Manager for Affordable housing in Indianapolis. You will support multiple properties, travel to sites as needed, lead leasing activities, and help maintain resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in multi-family housing, a CAM is a plus, and proficiency with OneSite and Microsoft Office. A strong teamwork mindset and independence are essential.

Formación

• Affordable Housing (Tax Credit and Section 8) experience required.
• Multi-family housing management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and independent work ability.

• Travel to sites to provide staffing coverage and support.
• Lead leasing operations and community tours.
• Manage budgets and track property expenses.
