Flaherty & Collins Properties is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead operations across multiple communities from our corporate office in Indianapolis. You will mentor property teams, develop regional strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and asset value, and ensure compliant, high-performing sites.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting, and data-driven decision making, with travel within the region to support properties across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Leadership/Organization Development or 6+ years of multifamily leadership experience.
• Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor is an advantage.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and data-driven decision making.
• Budgeting, financial reporting and property operations expertise.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of multiple properties in your region.
• Lead and mentor property managers for team success and development.
• Develop strategies to maximize performance and profitability.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports and occupancy trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Build relationships with residents, vendors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to boost visibility and engagement.
• Conduct site visits and guide on-site teams.
• Address escalated resident concerns promptly.
