First Onsite - US is seeking Temporary Project Supervisors to lead on-site restoration crews during emergency response operations. You will report to a Project Manager and coordinate daily field activities, ensuring work aligns with scope, budget, and schedule.

The role involves challenging conditions, potential travel, and a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and timely communication with the project team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Coordinate daily labor and material needs to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a professional demeanor on site at all times.
• Adapt to changing schedules and travel demands.
• Demonstrate leadership to motivate and direct a crew.

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Report to an assigned Project Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations and on-site activities.
• Coordinate with crew to meet schedule and budget.
• Direct communications through the Project Manager.
• Manage a crew of 10+ laborers.
• Assist with daily planning and on-site activities.
• Ensure work meets industry and client standards.
• Maintain a daily site log and document progress.
