Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Self-Perform Operations (SPO) drywall and related trades in the Atlanta area. You will oversee pursuit, staffing, planning, budget, and risk management across multiple SPO projects.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of project management experience in interior construction, with strong leadership, scheduling, and cost-control skills. This is an on-site role supporting on-site teams and subcontractor coordination.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager for interior trades or self-perform operations.
• Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
• Experience with budgets, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SPO projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Set up budgets and SOV; manage submittals.
• Procure long-lead materials and ensure ROJ dates.
• Lead weekly production meetings and drive production improvements.
• Track production rates; report variances to team and estimators.
• Identify changes and coordinate with owners for approvals.
• Understand and manage contracts and subcontracts.
• Support safety programs with EH&S; ensure compliance.
