Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Project Manager- Self Perform (AFG) to lead large-scale projects across multiple locations with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and client relationships.

You will drive preconstruction activities, manage submittals and change orders, and coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and operations staff while supporting the Self Perform work and traveling to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and investigates incidents.
• Manages the prestart process and procurement activities.
• Coordinates preconstruction tasks including takeoffs, trade coordination and bids.
• Develops and updates project schedule and tracks costs.
