• Supports preconstruction: quantity takeoff, bid packages, schedule, and scope development.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing, and subcontractor management.
• Manages submittal schedule, shop drawings, and material pricing.
• Coordinates stakeholders and ensures timely change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for project or portion of a larger project.
• Build relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Travel to assigned projects and support Self Perform work.
• Develop and update project schedules, manage resources and procurement.
