Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company seeks a Traveling Project Manager- Self Perform (AFG) to lead multi-site projects across the U.S. You will oversee project direction, establish safety culture, manage preconstruction and buyout, and coordinate with clients, design teams and subcontractors.

You’ll support our Advanced Facilities Group in delivering data centers, industrial, and manufacturing projects, travel to assigned sites, and build lasting relationships while applying Lean and scheduling best

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or related field.
5+ years construction management experience.
Experience leading complex projects with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
Manages prestart and buyout processes, and coordinates with preconstruction teams.
Oversees submittal process, approvals, and coordination with architects/engineers.
Develops project schedules and manages resources to meet milestones.
Produces regular project status reports and forecasts.
Manages budgets, cost control, and closeout activities.
