Crucial Link Solutions in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a Traveling Low Voltage Systems Project Manager to oversee low-voltage and technology scopes on commercial construction projects. This is a full-time, traveling role requiring regular travel and potential relocation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in low-voltage/IT systems, strong design and integration knowledge, budgeting and estimating experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in low-voltage, IT, security, or related tech systems.
  • Experience with low-voltage system design, installation, and integration.
  • Experience in commercial construction project environments.
  • Experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, proposals, and cost management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and driving license.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate low-voltage and technology system scopes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate design, installation, constructability, quality, and integration of technology systems.
  • Develop project-specific scopes of work and responsibility matrices.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing.
  • Prepare and support project estimates, budgets, and proposals.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, schedules, staffing projections, billing, and financial performance.
  • Develop project plans and schedules to meet scope, cost, quality, and completion goals.
  • Track project milestones and communicate progress with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, field teams, and internal project teams.
  • Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and support project closeout.
  • Promote and follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
