Job summary

NPSG Global seeks a Project Manager II for a 100% travel role (AUT - RS). This field-based position leads small projects, supports PMs, and coaches teams while building process improvements. You will communicate with management and clients as needed and develop expertise to progress to PM3.

Requirements include at least 2 years in intralogistics or related industries, fluent English, strong communication, OSHA 10, and willingness to travel up to 100%. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years previous experience managing projects and teams in intralogistics, warehouse, construction or similar industry.
• Exposure to diverse stakeholders and strong written/verbal communication.
• OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; familiarity with Microsoft Project and CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production Tracking: monitor task and milestone completion against budget and schedule.
• Health and Safety: implement safety policies and conduct toolbox talks.
• Agency Resourcing: assist with temporary staff planning in liaison with HR & temp agencies.
• Training: ensure teams are trained on processes and have the right tools and certifications.
• Project Execution to budgeted hours and headcount: track and report progress.
• Milestone Completion: support timely completion of tasks per the SOW.
• Communication: liaise with the Project PM and client reporting processes.
• Quality: monitor and report quality metrics to meet standards.
• Performance Management: assess employees and address performance issues.
• Inventory Management: control inventory and tools on site.
• Change Management: track scope against contractual requirements and report changes.
