Job summary

OFS Inventory is seeking Traveling Field Project Managers to lead inventory and operational projects at client facilities nationwide. This contract/project-based role involves frequent nationwide travel and a flexible schedule.

You will manage field teams, schedules, data collection, and deliverables while staying hands-on when needed, and you will communicate progress and final documentation. PMP preferred, travel expenses handled separately.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, operations, logistics, inventory, or related experience.
• Experience leading teams in warehouse, manufacturing, or field environments.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OFS field teams and coordinate with client management.
• Manage project schedules, workflows, productivity, and deliverables.
• Oversee physical inventory counts, data collection, labeling, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate project data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Identify problems and adjust field processes as needed.
• Provide daily progress updates and final project documentation.
• Work hands-on alongside the project team when necessary.
