FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project, including Data Center market segments. You will lead all aspects from construction to schedule, budget, and payments, collaborating with owners and experts to ensure quality and contract compliance.

The role requires 15+ years in construction project management and 10+ years in managing personnel, with a Engineering degree and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• 15+ years’ experience in construction project management.
• 10+ years’ experience in managing personnel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in bid-build, design-build and other delivery methods.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal and risk-management skills.
• Ability to mentor project personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Manages all aspects of the project, from construction to budget and cash management, ensuring alignment with contract and owner requirements.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing needs, and equipment resources for timely completion.
• Reviews contracts and supporting docs; resolves conflicts with owner and scheduling issues.
• Leads engineering and scheduling teams to identify and negotiate change orders.
• Prepares and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts to leadership.
• Maintains relationships with supporting departments and owner to support the work plan and payment schedule.
• Serves as main contact for third-party stakeholders (landowners, local businesses, government agencies).
• Reviews and approves internal/external media news releases related to the project.
• Ensures project safety via weekly checks and safety programs.
• Approves staffing and equipment needs for efficient production.
• Participates in dispute resolution with internal legal counsel.
• Provides input on equipment procurement methods and contracts.
• Leads project closeout procedures and debriefs.
