FlatironDragados seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee heavy civil projects with a traveling assignment, including coordination of multiple mega projects and the Data Center market segments. You will lead project teams, ensure safety, and deliver quality on schedule.

This role requires strong planning, risk management, and the ability to manage complex schedules and budgets across diverse crews and subcontractors. A proactive leader with clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• 12+ years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• STS certification preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities across single mega project sites or multiple projects.
• Lead project teams, ensuring safety protocols and quality on schedule.
• Plan methods, materials, equipment needs, and update plans as needed.
• Forecast schedules, identify and mitigate production issues.
• Coordinate with crews, utility companies, and subcontractors.
• Present production work plans in initial meetings and align teams.
• Maintain documentation of daily activities and meetings, and manage close-out.
• Enforce safety programs and manage project risks.
