FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a full-time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project, including Data Center market segments. You will oversee construction activities on possibly multiple mega projects, lead project teams, and ensure safety and quality within schedules.

The role requires 17+ years in heavy civil construction, 12+ years in management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• 17+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• 12+ years in construction management.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• STS certification preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Knowledge of local union or prevailing wage rules.

Aufgaben

• Supervise tasks across multiple projects or mega projects with field teams.
• Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs, and schedules, updating them based on feedback.
• Forecast schedules and mitigate production issues.
• Review project specs and coordinate with crews and utility companies on safety.
• Present production work plans in initial meetings to align crews and leaders.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure proper equipment and materials within budget and schedule.
• Provide technical input to resolve risks and document daily activities and meetings.
• Promote adherence to safety and process controls, supervise subcontractors, and oversee close-out activities.
