Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field
• 7+ years of construction management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
• Experience coordinating with owners, designers, and subcontractors
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard project management tools

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff
• Manages pre-start checklist and preconstruction activities
• Supports bid package development, schedule development, and bid advertisement
• Leads buyout schedule, pricing, and subcontract management
• Manages submittal schedule and reviews shop drawings
• Coordinates with stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, design team, vendors
• Prepares and submits change requests and obtains approvals
• Leads monthly project reviews and progress meetings
• Prepares cost/margin forecasts and budgets
• Leads project closeout processes
