Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced field supervisor to lead subcontractors and trade labor on a Lebanon, IN project. You will ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to budget while supervising Field Engineers and interns.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, managing the site safety program, and communicating with owners and architects to resolve field issues; regular on-site work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and staffing levels on the project.
• Coordinate work among trades to promote a coordinated operation and resolve site issues.
• Manage site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and safety codes.
• Supervise and develop Field Engineers and interns; participate in performance appraisals.
• Create schedules, sequence work, and implement recovery strategies to maintain the project schedule.
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers to address field issues.
• Manage billing processes and monthly estimates of work completed, payrolls, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specs, schedules, and codes.
