Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of two years' related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing submittals and shop drawings; assess conformance to contract specifications.
• Negotiating change orders with architect and owner; resolving conflicts.
• Managing the project budget and coordinating subcontractor trade meetings.
• Developing reports such as General Conditions items, labor, safety, and quality control.
